Just take these pants out of the package and wear them. No alterations needed.
Material seems sturdy. Stitching is neat and strong. Fit is near perfect for a guy like me. I'm 77 yrs. old and 5'2' tall. Many years ago I had a source for clothing that fit me, but they went out of business 30 years ago. I got so tire of buying pants with a 28- or 30-inch inseam, then going to a tailor to have them shortened. These pants have an honest 25 i inh iinseam, and the bottom of the crotch is where it belongs, not hanging down near my knees.

Decent pant. They’re slimmer than you expect. The fit in the waist is good; a little revealing in the crotch, but not too bad, and my calves are snug in them. But basically a nice pant.
