WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Free and easy for 14 days from receipt of purchase in all 50 states. We will send a pre-paid return label upon return approval accessed through our returns center. For international orders, buyer is responsible for shipping items back to us.

Send the items back to us in the same bag they came in, affix the label, and drop off at your nearest shipping location. Any orders sent back in a box will be charged $9.99 as the prepaid shipping label only covers the cost of the original bag the items arrived in. Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If not, we can reasonably decline your refund.

After 14 days we do not accept returns. In the event of a return, the relevant multiple-buy, coupon, or promotional discount will not apply and the refund will be reduced accordingly.

WHAT IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER?

If you ordered the wrong size or color - let us know as soon as possible. We usually ship our orders out within the same day, so if possible call us at 516-295-5900, and notify us of the error. Note that our phone hours are 10AM-6PM EST on weekdays so we aren't always able to answer phone calls. The second best option is to use the chat feature if an agent is online. Lastly, you can send us an email at support@under510.com and we'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Once you place the order, we are not responsible for any mistakes in the shipping address as we have no ability to redirect a package that's already been shipped. Since we process many orders shortly after receiving them, make sure to get in touch with us as soon as you can if you notice a mistake. If your order hasn't yet been fulfilled and shipped out, there is a possibility that we can change the label so contact us using the instructions above as soon as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Free and easy for 14 days in all 50 states. Please follow the same instructions for returns and select exchange rather than return the items. Then tell us which items you are exchanging for in the comments section. If you request an item that is sold out, you will be issued a store credit in the form of an e-gift card. Please note that all gift cards expire 6 months after original issue date. For International exchanges, please e-mail us. To expedite the process, please email us at support@under510.com and we will investigate for you.

Please note: if you paid for expedited shipping, you will not receive a refund for the shipping charge.

Upon confirmation that the products are in good order, we will ship out replacements immediately.

DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT?

BUNDLES/SALES

If you are returning part of a bundle deal, please note that we will only refund you for the price you would have paid had you ordered that quantity originally.

For example, if you ordered 3 jeans for $120, and are returning one pair, you will receive a refund of $20, making the price of your order $100, since two pairs of jeans is $100. OR if you ordered 2 jeans for $100 and are returning one pair, you will receive $40 back, since the price of one pair of jeans is $60 without a bundle. This is also why it’s in your best interest to exchange for a different size/color variation - If you exchange part of a bundle you will retain the bundle price of your original order.  

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

Returns usually require 4-7 days to be fully processed at our warehouse. You will receive an email notifying you when processing is complete. The credit should appear on your credit card account 24-48 hours later. In the event of a return, the relevant promotional discount will not apply and the refund will be reduced accordingly. You can start a return on our Return center.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, absolutely we do!

The shipping cost is calculated at the time of checkout. Note that customs fees, duties, and taxes are collected by your country and are not the responsibility of Under 510. We ship with USPS International, which provides the most affordable rates for our customers. Remember, for returns on international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us.

HOW FAST IS YOUR SHIPPING?

Pretty fast. Expect your package to arrive in:

East Coast: 1-3 business days

Midwest: 2-4 business days

West Coast: 4-7 business days

Orders received by 1:30 pm usually ship within 2 business days.
