Still, if it's your first time ordering we recommend trying a few sizes so you can identify which fits you best and get something that fits on the first order. With free shipping on orders of $150+ and free returns on all orders, you can try us out worry-free.

Shipping

We offer free complimentary shipping on all US orders (in all 50 states) totaling $150 and up.

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries (and growing)!

We only ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that where and when applicable, all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price at checkout. Make sure to enter the country destination accurately in the checkout as these shipping costs, custom duties, and taxes are calculated based on local market pricing.

Some territories will require certain minimum order values to charge duties and/or taxes. If you are below these amounts, there will be no duties or taxes collected on your order.

It depends on where you are.

We offer multiple shipping service level options with estimated shipping times displayed at checkout. Our shipping methods range from 1-8 business days which do not include weekends and legal holidays. These dates are calculated from the time a shipment leaves our facility and are business days only.

Please note that order processing times are anywhere between 1-3 business days before the order ships out.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges from Under 5'10 are Free and easy within the USA and Canada for 14 days from the date you receive your order in all 50 states. Items marked as Final Sale/Final Few are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

A free pre-paid return label or QR code (your choice) is accessed through our returns center

*Any returns/exchanges sent back without going through our returns portal, will not be processed. 

For international orders (except Canada), the customer is responsible for shipping products back to us, but still must process a return/exchange through our returns portal.

Send the products back to us in the same bag they came in (ideally) or any similar shipping bag. Simply download and affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the shipping bag and drop off at your nearest USPS location. 

Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If not, we can reasonably decline your refund.

The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

The cost of MonkProtect shipping insurance (this optional insurance protects your order from theft, damages, missing items, lost packages and more for around $1) is non-refundable.

For international orders (except Canada), the customer is responsible for shipping products back to us, but still must process a return/exchange through our returns portal.

Simply select which items you are exchanging for in the returns center. An 'instant exchange' allows us to ship out your new items immediately before we receive your return. Simply enter your credit card number at the end of the returns process which is put on hold, but then released once your returns is scanned by the post office.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping products back to us, but still must process their return/exchange through our returns portal.

Returns typically require 2-4 business days to be fully processed at our warehouse. You will receive an email notifying you when processing is complete. Order Issues

Contact us as soon as possible at support@under510.com or use the live chat feature on our website. We will do the best we can to correct any errors if your order has not yet been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes.

If the order has already been shipped, please contact the carrier to reroute the shipment. Additionally, the shipment can always be refused or returned.

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at support@under510.com or use the live chat feature on our website. We will do the best we can to correct any errors if your order has not yet been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, we cannot make any changes.
