We stand behind everything we make, and your satisfaction comes first. But before you start a return, let us help you land the right size, length, or color. Most of the time, a quick swap is all it takes.

Plenty of guys order one size, find it doesn’t fit, and don’t realize another size will, especially when you’re seeing waist sizes and inseams you haven’t found anywhere else. Here’s how to dial it in.

Find your fit

If something didn’t fit, we’d love to get you into a size that does. Most fit issues come down to waist size: pants often feel tight on the first try, and sizing up opens up the leg through the seat and thigh. Every style is cut from a different fabric, so each one fits a little differently. Here’s a quick guide to our current pants.

Once you know your size, check it’s in stock on the product page. If it is, we recommend placing the new order right away, since popular sizes can sell out before your return reaches us. Length

It’s common to order pants a touch long, because we carry inseams most stores don’t. Finding your length is easy.

How to find your inseam

Flip the cuff up until you’re happy with where the pants end, measure the folded cuff, then subtract it from the inseam you ordered. Bought a 28″ and folded up 2″? Order the 26″ next time.

Return & exchange policy

What is your return policy?

We offer free and easy returns within the USA for 14 days from the delivery date of your order, across all 50 states. Items marked Final Sale or Final Few are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To start a return or exchange, use our returns portal to generate a free return label. Returns or exchanges not processed through our portal can’t be accepted.

For international orders, we now support label generation through our returns portal:

  • Returns for a refund: our system finds the lowest-cost carrier option and generates a return label. The label cost is deducted from your refund, and your order is refunded once received and processed.
  • Exchanges: our system finds the lowest-cost carrier option and generates an exchange label. You’ll be prompted to enter payment to cover the label at checkout.

Send items back in the same bag they came in (ideally) or any similar shipping bag. Affix the prepaid label to the outside and drop it off at your nearest carrier location. Please make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached, or we may reasonably decline the refund. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

What is your exchange policy?

We offer free and easy exchanges within the USA for 14 days from the delivery date, across all 50 states. Items marked Final Sale or Final Few are not eligible.

Visit our returns center and select the items you’d like to exchange. With our Instant Exchange option, we can ship your new items right away, even before your return arrives. Just enter your card at the end of the process for a $1 hold, released once your return is scanned by the carrier.

If your return isn’t scanned by the carrier within 14 days, the $1 hold converts into the cost of the exchange order and you’ll be charged accordingly. For international exchanges, our system finds the lowest-cost carrier option and generates an exchange label, which you pay for at checkout.

How long does a return take to process?

Returns usually take 2 to 4 business days to be fully processed at our warehouse. You’ll get an email when processing is complete. For refunds, the credit typically appears on your account 1 to 5 business days later.

EU & EEA customers: your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to the return and exchange options above and applies to qualifying distance purchases under EU consumer law.

The 14-day period

You have 14 days to notify us of your withdrawal, starting the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one shipment, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

You can do any of the following:

  • Complete the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page;
  • Use the “Cancel my order” button in your order confirmation email, before your order ships;
  • Log in to your account and cancel the order there; or
  • Contact us by live chat or at [email protected] with a clear statement of your decision.

If your order has already shipped, you can start a return through our returns center.

Returning the goods

After you notify us, please send the goods back within 14 days. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item(s).

Your refund

We will refund all payments we received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard option, we will refund the standard amount. We may withhold your refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds are issued to your original payment method at no cost to you.

Condition of the goods

You are welcome to examine the items as you would in a shop. You may be liable for any reduction in an item’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Items this right does not cover

A limited set of goods is excepted by law (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU), such as items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened. Apart from these statutory exceptions, your right of withdrawal applies to all eligible items, including those marked “Final Sale” or “Final Few.”

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
